greatness royalty here, yes.

Ma'a, it's an honor to have you on the show.

I mean, you were first on episode 12, back in the very beginning of marathon talk in

2010 it's been quite a journey since then we've both had kids we were

just reminiscing about that young carefree life back in the day.

When you could go training when you wanted to, yeah.

Well you could do anything when you wanted to basically, couldn't you?

Exactly. Can't even have a poo these days without... you could do anything

But listen you said there we're going to talk obviously about the old W. E. F you said

there had just had a burger with Yuki.

Just tell us about that briefly without necessarily I mean you can give

everyone know what happened in the marathon but uh was that post marathon dinner with

the great UK this is post marathon lunch with Yuki Monday.

We're really fortunate earlier on in the year when Yuki came over to do a run of the course.
