I speak to ultra runner and coach Ed Kerry Tom's been taken down by the kids

plus you kids rock your kit all around the world rate your run stand on the podium

and climb on the launch pad Tom Williams Williams, what you've been doing?

Well, I have been taken down by the kids.

I fancied a little run session last week,

so I thought I know what I'll do,

and I've been meaning to do this for ages. I thought I'll go and have a crack at

a Harrogate Junior Park Run course and see and see where I rate. This is reminiscent of, do you remember when you raced

1500 meters on the track and you and you went to do your

first open 1500 I can't remember was it at Watford or Stratford yeah that's it and you towed the line with all or what? Strepford. Yeah.

Yeah, that's it.

And you towed the line with all the other 12-year-old girls.

Yeah, there was a really good photo because my head was about a foot higher than everybody else is,

but my hips were about a foot lower than everybody else.

So I thought, I thought I'm going to take down those pesky kids.

I'm going to go to Harrogate Junior Park Park Run course, like on a Friday or something.

I'm going to go to Harrogate Junior Park Run course and I'm going to, well I knew

I wouldn't break the course record which is 704 or something, but I thought I'm going to take them down.
