advantage of us doing the show every week.

We have quite a, gosh I was gonna say epidemic,

but I don't even know that that's right.

You're gonna educate me on that.

And I know that the topic of conversation

among both my personal friends, neighbors, online health professionals, everybody, as well as numerous

questions from our audience are, what can I do to prepare myself for the incoming coronavirus with warnings from the

CDC here in the United States and across the globe.

CDC obviously doesn't warn across the globe, CDC obviously doesn't, weren't across the globe, but this is traveling across the globe.

We thought today would be good to talk about how we can become educated on what it is and more importantly, what we can do to protect the health of ourselves and our loved ones.

So we're going to get a little scientific but we hope that the takeaways that you have

by the end of the show are to focus on being solution oriented.

That's my mantra for 2020. I think we talked about that.
