Bump bam baw. I mean I am I'm just planning on hanging out here and throwing in a couple of

wise cracks once in a while and you know just just being the voice of levity that's my plan I will

tell you after having the responsibility of preparing show notes that is the

better side to be on.

Oh, so are we saying we appreciate the effort that goes into show notes every week?

Is that what we're saying?

It's probably an understatement.

Yes, I really enjoy being levity and like the

bringing it back to basics and let me just chime in with something fun person, the responsibility of like pulling together an outline with, like let me be clear this show is research-based. Every single show we do has pages and pages of notes and I show up with the notes there and I'm like,

oh cool, let me just ask some questions about this.

And this week, this week I was the one pulling the show notes together.

It's a different world.
