Well, hey friends, welcome back to the Melanie Mitro show. How is everybody doing? Did you survive

the holiday weekend if you're here in the U.S. Memorial Day weekend was officially the start of summer.

Now, in Western Pennsylvania, it did not feel like the start of summer. It actually was chilly

and rainy and kind of miserable. The sun actually

did peek out on Monday for like a hot minute. So anyways, I'm just really hoping that this isn't

like a preview of what the summer is going to be like. But we did get a lot of inside work done.

And in the pockets of the rain, we were outside working as well. So I hope you

are having a great start to your week. I'm so excited that you're here. We're getting ready to go

into that final stretch of May. And today I'm like real excited because we're going to take a deeper

dive into mindset. Because here's what I think.

I just really, really feel like so many smart, hardworking, you know, truly capable women

and men are really stuck.

And it's not what you think it is.

So here's what I you think it is.

So here's what I see all the time.

I see people that they aren't hitting their goals.

They're not growing the way that they want to. You know, they feel stuck between kind of where they are and where they want to be.

And the first thing that people do is they go looking for a new strategy, a new tactic, a new script, right?

A new system.

They buy a course.

They sign up for a training.

They revamp their social media.
