You and I met at FinCon, we hadn't met before and I got to say if anybody could convert hundreds of thousands of women to

budgeting to this idea that yes you can do this it would have to be you because you've got boundless enthusiasm.

So thank you. My dad would just call it crazy when I was a kid but now it's

working out for me. Now it's all good. Tell me how did you come to this? I mean, how did you decide you were going to be the budget nista?

I feel like it was decided for me. I grew up in a household with four sisters, so my dad and mom had five girls, and my

dad was a CFO and an accountant and he had his degrees, his master's degree in economics and bachelor's degree in financing.

Between he and my mom, they taught us about money all the time.
