I'm Matthew and I'm Molly and this is spilled milk the show where we cook something delicious eat it all and you can't have it

Have you noticed that we've been talking about real food for weeks Matthew I have noticed that and I am I am sick of it I am sick of it too.

Yeah, I mean we had we had butter that's real food.

We had what else?

Beans.

Beans yeah.

Unquestionably real food.

I can't we must have had some other real food but there was something else.

Yeah forget our episodes pretty much as soon as we make them. I know I think

listeners do too but but today we are going to rectify bring balance back to the world of spilled milk we are because

today we are talking about a food that I don't think you could make in your own kitchen

even if you tried which you should. And what we are talking about today

friends, we're talking about Vienna sausages and little Smokies. So we should talk a

little bit about how this show came into being.

Okay, good. You start because I don't remember.

So I think that I may have brought up the topic of these little meets when we were doing the hot dog episode.

That would make sense.

Because here's the thing.

When I was a kid, we had to pack our own lunches to take to school. You know, there wasn't a cafeteria at my grade school or my middle school.

And so, you know, you got to, you got to see what all the other kids parents thought was a reasonable lunch right and

there were a number of kids in my class whose parents sent them to school with a can of Vienna sausages.

Wow.
