But it gave me the opportunity to study this lesson and do it this week. And wouldn't you know, like all years past, the lessons in this lesson had to happen to me so that I could share
0:39.3	them with you. So without further ado, let's get going on this lesson. It is,
0:45.6	Doctrine in Covenants 111 through 114. I will order all things for your good. All right, in the
0:52.0	beginning it says, have you ever had a spiritual experience
0:55.2	that made you feel confident and secure in your faith in Christ? But then life's afflictions
1:00.4	tried your faith and you found yourself struggling to recover the peace you felt before. Something
1:05.6	similar happened to the Saints in Kirkland. We can't avoid trials, so how can we keep them from threatening our faith
1:12.5	and testimony? This lesson is so important. It is so relevant, and we know that President
1:19.3	Nelson said years ago in 2019, I think, that we will not survive spiritually without the influence of the Holy Ghost in our life.
1:31.2	And that was a pretty big promise because I've known a lot of people who have left the church since 2019.
1:37.6	And so this is true.
1:38.9	So this lesson is so important for us to learn what it is we have to do to stay. Are we going to stay or
1:46.6	are we going to go? What's that song? Will you go now? It won't be trouble. Will you stay or
1:55.9	will it go now? I don't know. Remember that. Where is that from? Will I stay or will I go now?
2:02.7	I don't know. Okay. Speaking of focus, I'll have you know that this morning, it has been really
2:10.9	hard to get to this place where I'm saying words in a microphone. I was so distracted by 40,000 things. It was crazy. I almost started learning the art of
2:26.6	Japanese bowl fixing where you put the gold in it. I even went so far as to order some stuff
2:33.0	from Michaels that I have to go
2:34.2	pick up. That is true. This morning, I felt the need to do that instead of doing the podcast. So
