| 0:21.3 | What's up guys? So today on the podcast, I bring my friend Ethan. If you guys watched the YouTube video we did, we talked about strength training. He is a trainer. He's a brown belt jiu-jitsu. He's also done some like bodybuilding shows. Him and his wife are both fitness coaches. And so during the podcast, we wanted to focus on diet for you guys, diet nutrition. So we're going to talk about diet, how he comes to the right diet for an athlete and, you know, for that's involved in performance. We touch on, you know, keto, we touch on fasting. |
