Hope you're well.

It's a bit of a weird R-Scast this week because, well, Thursday night football.

The R-Scast comes out in the Friday morning and, well, you know, normally on a Thursday

I've got kind of the day to prepare or record or I can get it done in sections or bits or

even if I wait till the evening.

It's just there.

I've got the whole evening.

I can work during the day, sit down in the evening, record the podcast and it's there, ready

and waiting for you on a Friday morning.

Of course, when you're playing on a Thursday evening, well, that makes it a little bit

more difficult because there's all the work that goes in pre-match and then there's

the match work, the live blog and the match reports and the player ratings and all the

post-match stuff as well.

And then you can still go do a podcast.

No point me doing a podcast all about what happened before West Brom because tomorrow,

the only thing we're going to want to talk about is the West Brom game.

So what the hell do I do?

Well, what I'm going to do is chat to Philippe O'Clair about stuff in general about, well,

what a difficult week it's been or what a difficult couple of months it's been.
