So you kind of have to make your own like

Starter, you know get the yeast out of the air and all that kind of so that takes about four days or five days to to get this

Culture that you then use in the bread and it takes ages to sort of prep the bread and you leave it

Prove overnight and all that kind of stuff and then I baked it on Sunday morning

Before the game and my plan was essentially to just eat a loaf of bread
