Today we're listening to episode 385 and my guest is Kindle Ellis.

We're really excited to bring a track and field athlete to the podcast today.

Kindle runs for new balance and she made her first Olympic team last summer in Tokyo.

She won the bronze in the mixed gender 4x4 and a gold medal in the women's 4x4 relay.

She also finished fourth in the open 400 meters at the trial.

So barely missed making it as an individual in the 400.

Kindle also has a gold medal in the 4x4 at the 2019 and 2017 World Championships.

She ran for USC where she was a three time NCAA champion, 14 time all American.

And she is training hard now for the World Championships this summer.

And right around the time we recorded this podcast,

she was part of the world's fastest indoor distance medley relay team ever.

Past guest Heather McLean was also on that team.

I really enjoyed getting to know Kindle and I'm so excited to cheer for her in future track events.
