It was a look of like, wow, that is the first time I've ever heard you say that food has any effect on you physically.

And I've got a thing where I'll never have a glass of milk these days.

It's been weird.

Yeah, although I said that somebody of a similar age to me, somewhat recently, I'm like, oh yeah, I like a glass of milk.

It feels very retro, doesn't it?

It feels like nobody's had a glass of milk since the 80s.

But the point is, I tend not to have a glass of milk, but I have some in my cereal.

And if I do, I then feel a bit groggy.

Now, I got served a video somewhat recently, which said, oh, that's because of the type of

milk you have.

So there's different grades, I think, of milk.

Do you ever see this Jersey milk?

Is that non-homogenized?

So it's got lumps in it.
