I chipped over like a right kid took me back to the playground days. So I went out for a run on Saturday evening and I was I was running for me reasonably quickly and I just didn't see whatever it was I tripped over I didn't even

look to see what it was I just like an even pavement or something and I went absolutely fly Yergen-Klinzman-esque on a kind of gravely pavement.

like no one ever stops these days and all that stuff.

People stopped and checked I was okay and,

you know, I have that kind of, you know,
