Summary

Movies, TV shows, and books make you think that committing fraud is all fun and games.  The reality of committing fraud can look very different from the glamorous portrayal in literature and on the screen.  Similarly, when we cheat ourselves on our health and fitness goals, there are obvious downsides, but there are also hidden dangers.  This week, Catherine and Donald reveal how fooling yourself on your goals really only cheats you.  Whether from the mental exhaustion of self-deception or the erosion of your relationship with your body, lying to yourself can keep you from hitting your goals in ways you may not have thought of.  Plus, Donald takes a mustard-shaped knife out of his back, Catherine is hot for Hardy, and there are lots of good-looking young men in this episode.
