But immigration is an issue I actually don't know much about.

So I was going to rest on my comedic sensibilities and just try to make a couple jokes, get out of the segment as quickly as possible.

So I'm on the show, Take Part Live, and I'm debating a conservative-leaning host, and the subject of

immigration comes up, and I say, well, maybe the Republicans have a problem with this president

not being white, and they are against his immigration policies. And instead of like kind of getting

a good laugh from everyone, because it's not even a very funny joke, it's merely just trying me to escape a situation very quickly.

She destroyed me.

She picked me apart with fact after fact after fact after fact after fact after fact after fact.

And I have never been more humbled in my entire life.

I mean, especially on television, it was really a very strange experience, but it made me think about my parents who are immigrants.

My parents who came from Iran and was easy for them to become immigrants.

I never had an experience of them having trouble as immigrants in this country.

All they talk about is how wonderful America is.

And here's the thing that I came to.

This big question for me is when it comes to immigration, why should we give a fuck?

That's right, guys.
