It's alright, it's a lot better actually.

The first initial sort of 10 days was pretty uncomfortable, but I was mainly because I was just walking too much like I was just doing too much with Max and so my attitude was just like, oh, you know, season over, do everything with him and just, you know, enjoy that time.

But yeah, I wasn't really using my crutch a lot and I was just walking a bit too much

so all the muscles and stuff were super tight.

You know you start ending up pulling things in other directions and all this and that.

So I saw a phizio, team phizio a few times and yeah he sort of told me just rest a bit more but it's a lot better now so a couple

more weeks off a bike and then back into it but will you start back on the on the turbo or straight to the road?
