| 1:20.4 | And I've come across many, many individuals suffering from this adrenal fatigue. |
| 1:27.2 | So let's, let's look at what a dream of fatigue is. |
| 1:29.5 | Our adrenals are very important. |
| 1:32.0 | Two little glands that sit on top of our kidneys, two thumb-sized glands, like the size of a little walnut. |
| 1:37.5 | And they produce our stress hormones. |
| 1:40.3 | And so they have a very important job in ancestral times. |
| 1:44.2 | They were to save us from potential threats like the saber-toothed tiger. |
| 1:48.3 | We would have been able to detect and flee the danger using our fight-of-flight system. |
