Summary
We have a young couple as our guests this week; Jana Giles and David Nelson, otherwise known as Ducky and Gravy. They have known each other for some time but, in planning to go on an Appalachian Trail thru-hike, they started dating just before they headed out on the trail.

Despite putting their relationship on the line, they clearly worked it out, finishing just five months after starting South bound from Katahdin.

Jana wrote a blog for the Trek, so you can check that out at http://thetrek.co/author/jana-giles

Our intrepid three from the Class of 23 are Steve Nota, who describes his encounter with the dreaded Norovirus, Joanne Flagg, who is gratefully through with Pennsylvania, and Dale Shotkoski, who puts some of Doctor Lynne's advice to use.

This week we have as our main guests, Janet Giles and David Nelson, or to those who met them on the AT last year, Ducky and Gravy. Fortunately, they explain those names to us. Janira and David became a couple just before they hit the trail, so the fact that the two of them are still a couple, after completing a through hike of the AT, speaks much to the strength of that relationship. |

It never is out of the trail, but each in their own way is having a blast. I'm also going to be addressing a housekeeping issue for the episode in two weeks' time when I'll be away at trail days, then hiking for five days and unable to |

| 2:30.1 | And we just happened upon this like retreat in the woods where everyone was learning about |
| 2:35.1 | through hiking and we had no idea that was going on. We just sort of showed up and there was like |
