Welcome back, friends. You are here on the Melanie Mitro show, and this is a very special podcast

episode today because I got an email in my inbox earlier last week that said, congratulations,

you have officially had 10 million downloads to your podcast. And I actually almost fell over. I opened it up and I was like,

what? What is happening? Not too long ago, I was at 8 million downloads and it seems like

almost overnight, even though I know that that is not the truth. but my podcast has jumped and now has over 10 million

downloads. And every time I say that, all the hair on my arm stands straight up because there were

some times, especially over the last six years that I actually thought about stopping my podcast and not

continuing on. And I'm so glad that I didn't do that. Because when I look at the stats and I go

back through all the people that I've met in through the past 15 years of really being in this

entrepreneurial online space,

the one thing people come back to is the podcast, that they listen to it, they love it,

that they're here, maybe they binge watch all the episodes, maybe that is you.

And I just have to say my podcast is really a labor of love.

And I actually love doing it and I look forward to it. And yes,

there have definitely been seasons where things didn't go as planned, you know, and maybe I wasn't

as consistent as I wanted to be. But I've really, I've really learned a lot through this

experience. And today, I want to walk you through 10 things that I've learned from 10 million downloads.

And maybe you'll listen to this and say, I can apply this to wanting to start maybe your own podcast.

Or you may listen to this and apply this to your business, your life in general, the relationships that are important to you.

And I really feel like this is some good practical advice that you can use no matter where you are at in life.
