Well, like really, mid-January. I feel like it was just yesterday. We were starting 2025.

Now, here we are in January of 2026. Does anybody else feel like the first week and a half of the new year felt like a firestorm?

I actually feel like I ran a marathon.

I feel like it's been 365 days already since we started the new year.

And I know because I talk to leaders and mentor leaders every single day that there is this little bit of overwhelm

as you kind of step into January and there is so much hype and excitement around I want 2026 to be my year.

I am ready to go all in and then this I don't know where to start, right?

This like I have this momentum and I'm excited about where I want to go.

But what do I actually do?

And so today, I want to just make sure we capitalize on the excitement and the momentum and the clarity you might be feeling right now.

But what I want to do is I want to help you get a clear focus of what to do next.

Because in order to see success at the next level, and that next level might look different for

each and every one of us, like you don't have to burn it all to the ground. All right? We don't have to

lay to match and burn everything down and rebuild it back up again.

We just, sometimes we need to course correct.

We need to realign.

We have to get back to the basics.

And that is what we're going to do today.

So now we're really going to talk about what does it look like to build a direct sales business in 2026? What does it look like to rebuild or

build again to grow your business with this alignment, with structure, with community? Because what I

find from a lot of direct sellers and even this event that I was at this past
