Hi, everyone. I hope you had a wonderful week and a very happy Halloween. This time of year,

I really enjoy just cuddling on the couch and having warm soup and all of those things. So

I'm trying to focus on the things I love about this time of year and not the fact that it is

going to get dark so,

so early. But we have a lot of exciting stuff coming up on Bravo. We've got Southern Charm

coming back. We've got the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills coming back. And then in January,

my favorite traders is going to be back. So I

absolutely cannot wait for that. I'm also really excited for BravoCon. It is in less than two

weeks. And I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to wear and prep for everything and hopefully

come back not violently ill like I was last time. You know, it's just a lot. You're around a ton of people

and you're not sleeping a ton and, you know, I'm hoping that I am able to rest a little bit in the

hotel in between all of what is going on.

Well, this week I have Tana on.

She is so great.

She is a counselor.

And, you know, we've been always going back and forth on talking about various housewives behavior.

And I always find it so fascinating, fascinating to talk to people

whose job it is to interact with people and have them examine their own behavior and make

changes that could improve themselves. So I was really excited to talk to Tana, especially

about Brittany Bateman and some of the conversation that Elisa and I had last
