He is one of my long time go-to sources for things behavioral finance. Dr.

Daniel Crosby who is a psychologist of behavioral finance expert a New York Times

best-selling author has a new book out.

It is called The Laws of Wealth, Psychology, and The Secret to Investing Success.

Daniel is joining us via Skype. Thank you for coming on the show. Where am I

catching you? Hey, thanks for having me. You are finding me in Atlanta, Georgia, the

greatest city on earth. Well, I might disagree with you there. I am looking out my

window to a beautiful day in New York City. It's nice and crisp but no snow and the sun is shining.

So we can debate that later.

When I think about behavioral finance, I sometimes define it as an entire science devoted to figuring out why it is that smart people do stupid things with money.
