Hey everybody, welcome to The Fizzle Show. I'm your host, Corbett Barr, and this is our podcast

0:07.8

about earning a living independently doing something you love. And today is a special kind of

0:13.6

interview, because as we record this, it is early April, and personally, I'm stuck in Mexico

0:20.7

because there are no flights returning home

0:23.5

and on the phone with me today I have Justin Jackson. Justin's an old friend of the show and

0:30.5

Justin you reached out because you felt like there are some things we should talk about. On this show so far, we've just been

1:37.5

really slowed down. Some people say, you know, it's stopped. It hasn't stopped completely,

1:42.1

but it has really slowed down. What's it like in Mexico, actually?

1:46.6

Is it, are restaurants and cafes and stuff still open? Yeah, things here were maybe a week or two

1:52.4

delayed versus what we were seeing from friends back home in the States, but they did eventually

1:58.0

close down schools. They closed down non-essential businesses and restaurants are all closed.

2:04.1

And the big thing here is they essentially canceled the biggest holiday of the year, which is

2:11.1

Samana Santa, the Easter holiday, which is typically starting this week.
