to share here real quick. It's really good. It is with Julie Lithcott Haynes and

this is a guest I've really wanted to have the show on that show for a while.

She's the author of the book How to Raise an Adult and we talk about raising

independent kids and not over parenting in that conversation. It's one of my

know that that has helped several people and I just I don't take it for

granted when an athlete comes on this show and really shows vulnerability and

share something that's really meaningful and important and hard in their
