I can't wait to dive into the content I've prepared for you today because a conversation that I've been having over and over recently has been about mentorship in direct sales.

How do I lead my team and, you know, how do I get my team to the

next level? And especially with the end of the year, right around the corner, we're a month

away from the very end of 2025. And January always is a busy time because people are reimagining their vision, they're setting

new goals, they're setting New Year's resolutions, and people are deciding what do they want

to cut out of their life?

What is it that no longer serves them?

What new direction do they want to lean into?

And many times people come back and say,

this is going to be my year that I'm going to build my direct sales business, right? And we want to

make sure that we're armed, we're ready. And in December, even more importantly, is we're in

this mindset of mentorship.

And I find that December and parts of November tend to be the most exhausting for a direct sales leader because you're the one that is holding up the tent poles, you're keeping people

focused, and sometimes your sales force can be a little bit of a volunteer army.

You know, you have people that are doing their direct sales business part time.

And when life gets busy, they tend to put their business on the back burner.

And ultimately, that affects your organization.

It affects your productivity.

You have people that are easily distracted

and you just have people that literally go MIA. And so I find as a leader this time of year,

it requires me to be really on with my mentorship. It requires me to be really on with the
