0:05.7	week, a new episode and a great heartfelt conversation about the holidays. And I know that the
0:12.4	holidays can be a time that is just utterly magical and you make a lot of memories. It can be
0:20.2	incredibly chaotic and it can be overwhelming.
0:23.7	And I find that most business owners really, they struggle in this season. And there's really sort of
0:31.8	two types of people. There are the business owners who are hair on fire running to the end of the month, like with their goals
0:39.7	right in front of them, and they hit that brick wall and they just burn out because they've worked
0:46.4	so hard, they've pushed so hard. And in the midst of all the other holiday chaos, you know,
0:51.4	there's just nothing left in the tank. And this is really where people end up sick or resenting their business and needing to take a lot of time off. And then there's
1:00.2	also this other camp of people who look at the holiday season and go, I'm not going to worry
1:06.1	about my business this time of year, right? I'm just going to do the holiday thing. I'm not
1:09.9	going to put pressure on myself. I'm not going to put pressure on
1:10.8	myself. I'm busy. They're looking at their calendar and it's just full of commitments and travel
1:16.5	and just holiday to-do list items. And so they're like, I'll just, I'll come back in January.
1:22.8	Right. And then what happens is those people come back in January, expecting momentum, and there isn't any,
1:29.0	and that also can be really defeating for somebody that's coming back with fire, but doesn't
1:34.8	really have momentum to match the fire. And those are two camps of people, but what I want to do
1:41.2	is I want to create this middle, third type of person where you are walking
1:48.9	into the holiday season going, I know and expected to be busier from a personal perspective
1:55.6	than other times of the year.
1:57.6	And I also know that I have business goals that I'm working towards. And so I'm
