In today's episode, we introduce you to a concept you probably have never heard before

a concept called the Celebration Trap.

As coaches, we want to celebrate our players.

As coaches, we want to share their accolades and their successes on social media and demonstrate

how proud of our players that we are.

But have we thought about the possibility that that act of celebrating our players could

actually be a trap, causing us trouble, causing us challenges ongoing.

And despite the fact that we try to celebrate the players with the hope to actually

engage them greater and build our relationship with them better, that it actually could be having

the opposite effect.
