We are a couple of missionaries at Acts 29, and this is the podcast where we talk about how acquiring a biblical worldview brings us great hope in the God who created and rescued this world in order that you and I can be agents of

transformation and creation. Mary, almost, Merry Christmas. Ho-ho, ho. Ho-ho. It's looking like Christmas here in Michigan. Holy cow. Yeah, you know, we're getting to a point, Father John, where the snow that's been on the ground for a set of weeks isn't going anywhere. It's not melting. We've got, we've had snow, we've had ice, we've had more snow, and it's bitter cold.

It's cold.

the ground until probably May, but yeah, Merry Christmas almost. These are, these are extraordinary

days. And, you know, you and I were praying before we hit the record button, just asking the

spirit to be present to us as we have this conversation. And it's so difficult to put human words to that which is inconceivable,

which is, which is the incarnation of God.

You know, I know what we're going to talk about. and this just came to my mind as you were saying that.

One of the images that the Lord's been bringing to mind for me is, you know, Jesus says that we have to become like children to enter the kingdom.

And that means lots of things, you know, trust and whatnot.

But one of the things that children are is absolutely uninhibited. And so a child

running down the stairs, seeing all the gifts underneath the Christmas tree goes crazy,

you know, at least at a certain age, right? Or, you know, or a wife opening of a diamond ring or

are you listening, Steve. You know, whatever the case might be, but children are uninhibited.

Yeah.

And I've just sensed the Lord encouraging me, John, you need to be uninhibited in showing your

exhilaration over what I've done and the fact that I've done it for you.

And like the temptation oftentimes is not the temptation.

Unfortunately, we either get really used to the things that we're about to celebrate or it's, well, I want to make sure I look very, you know, well put together.
