Hello and welcome back to another episode of the low-carb MD

podcast we're excited today we got our friend Trot back and I'm Brian Lenskis and we have

two West Coast guys finally.

Usually we have East Coast guys and I got to get up at five in the morning

or something to do the podcast.

Now we're going to make throws suffer during the middle of the day.

This is really a lot of fun for me because these are two guys that we've had a lot of influence on each other's lives.

First of all, I want to introduce Doug Reynolds from low-carve USA.

He's doing a ton in the community he was a huge part of me his his conference

was a huge part of me getting on track and to understand oh this isn't just

about weight loss and metabolic health.

There's so much more and we'll talk a little bit about that

in his upcoming conference that's going to be in July this year.

And also Jeff Coterman, we've known each other

for a long time.

He's the head of the National Association of Sports Nutrition.

He, I kind of threw a wrench into his life when I came to him with low-carb and keto stuff and different exercise.

So he's totally changed what he's doing.

This is kind of exciting.
