corporate report podcast. History is written by the winners. Now I'm sure we've all heard that phrase before, but it probably has special meaning after having watched something like the World War One conspiracy documentary available now for reviewing at Corbett.com slash W.W.I.

But as I say, for viewers of that documentary,

or for a lot of the work that I do here at the corporate report,

this phrase has special meaning

and resonance.

It obviously is true that the people who end up writing the history books are the ones that

are in control of any

particular period of time and are going to reflect the biases of the ruling establishment that

allows such things to be printed.

That is true of every historical period and no less true of our own,

although we always like to think we live in a special pocket of reality that's so different from times past.

Yes, conspiracies and things happen in the past, but they don't

happen today. History was written by the winners in the past, but today we're all objective and academics

living in Ivory Towers. Well, no, I'm here today to remind you that this is not the case, and to remind you in the context of the World War I conspiracy, which we've been examining here on the corporate report for the last several weeks and this is part of the follow-up to that documentary that I did promise so if you are again if you are not familiar with the documentary itself, please go to corporate report.com slash W.W.I.
