Hey guys, it's been an awesome day today.

We had a good shoot out on the range this morning. Just crushed a good workout and got all of our prep done for the basic course coming up this weekend. So it's just been great guys. You guys know we

explain in the last episode what these Comps Checks are just to keep the lines of communication

open let you know what is on my mind.

So today's lesson or if you want to call a lesson, I don't know what you call it.

It's just what's been on my mind for the last couple of days.

It's really simple. I've titled it 2 plus 2 should equal 4.

You know, so this this is something that I found to be true throughout my life and I have

seen people I have seen situations I've been put in situations where 2 plus 2 just didn't

add up to 4 and it would drive me crazy sometimes, like I would pull my hair out trying to see the logic or trying to see the truth in the situation or the scenario that just wasn't adding up guys and you know this

again is not this isn't something that I'm pulling from the Bible that I'm pulling from any source outside of myself

so you guys can take this or you can leave it.

It's again it's just something that I have seen in my own life and it's good to acknowledge it.

So in seal training, one instance where 2 plus 2 wouldn't equal for was was I can specifically remember in third phase out on

San Clementi Island the last phase of Buds they the instructors we were stuck out

on this island with these instructors and man they hammered us day in and day out like day and night period 24 7 I remember being out on camp surf a couple nights is where you sleep out on the beach and every hour on the hour

they shoot a flare multiple flares off into the air and you have to get up off your

off your bed of sand that you've been laying in and go hit the surf and then you know

by time you get back bedded down in the sand and get

you don't really get to sleep because you're so dang cold and wet and sandy
