guest. We have a Fizzle member with us today, Vicki Velasquez, who you probably heard,

if you listen to the Fizzle show regularly back four or five months ago, I'd say, Vicki. Is that

sound about right when you were a guest before? I think so. Great. And Vicki is from

Vegetarian Zen. She's a co-founder of Vegetarian Zen, I guess you'd say. And Vicki, thanks so much

for being here today. Thank you for having me. We're glad to have you back on the show today.

I wanted to dig in deeper today on a few different topics with you. We're going to cover relationship

building with your community, since that's something I know that you've done very well over

at Vegetarian Zen. We're going to talk about learning versus doing. We're also going to cover

some productivity because you have in the past run big teams of people spread across different places.

So we want to learn a little bit about that from you as well.

So back in 2013, my wife and I, who was also a co-founder, created vegetarians in.

After we became vegetarians, I was home on vacation.

I had a corporate job, pretty steady, the really good job.

And I was just home on vacation, and we decided to watch a couple of documentaries.
