What are your unconscious biases?

And it's just like that is such a poor question.

Because you have to know what your unconscious biases are before you can even answer

that question.

Another poor question is, when was the first time you use the N word? That's a horrible question because it doesn't invite the person in. Yeah. And so the questions that I create are ones

that help us understand our relationship to white supremacy, our relationship to white fragility.

And then that invites someone in to do the writing. And then once they do the writing,

when they do reflect, Andrea, when they do provide their reflection, it comes from a place

of understanding their humanity.
