I suspect many coaches have thought about the question on the surface, but have never

impact everything that being a great coach truly entails.

The team over at PGC basketball has spent hundreds of hours as they've built out their new

key five coaching platform to answer that question.

And to no surprise, there's a lot to it.

There are many layers. And in fact, those layers

reveal 125 things, yes, 125 things sorted into five different areas that you and I need to be

proficient in in order to be a great coach. Today's episode, Sam Allen and Lisa O'Meara from the Key 5 team, joined TJ and

myself to unpack all that they've discovered. And as I'm hearing all of this personally for the

first time, I tried to ask the pertinent questions to get a clear understanding of their thought

process. Today's episode is equally insightful, convicting, and encouraging, all mixed together.

Okay, coaches, I'm really excited about this episode.

You know, Adam, you know, we've been working hard behind the scenes to build out things that help coaches. And we're going to share one of those things today. I think it's going to be really one of those, you know, one of those moments where light bulbs go off and questions just arise and you're going to be thinking, gosh, this could really help me in my coaching because I know it helped me in my coaching. It doesn't matter whether you've been coaching 20 days or whether you've been coaching 20 years.

This is probably going to be a little bit different, a little bit new to coaches.
