Hello again, patrons, and thank you for supporting the History of the Crusades podcast.

Last time we saw Kinyan send 27 apostles out from Munster with a brief to prepare the wider world for the second coming

while also converting people to anabaptism,

and informing them that Jan von Leiden was now the king of the world.

While the people of Munster were giddy at the prospects for success of this mission,

with rumours circulating that King Henry

the 8th of England had converted to Anabaptism and had accepted King Jan as his overlord,

and that the Pope in Rome was on the verge of being overthrown by a group of apostles,

the reality was much different,

with the apostles overwhelmingly facing opposition, imprisonment and execution.

In fact, as we mentioned at the end of the last episode, only one apostle made it back to Monster alive, the schoolmaster of Monster, Henry Grayus.

This is his story.

Henry Graeus had been assigned to a group of apostles which was to be led by a man called Dionysus Vina.
