What got you started looking down that road or would you always kind of a healthy eating guy?

So I was kind of always, you know, a very healthy eating guy.

I mean, some of the things I did in the past, you know, I thought were healthy that, you know,

it turned out to me, you know, not so healthy later on in life when I really got
