Hello and welcome back to the low-carb MD podcast. Thank you so much for joining us again.

Unfortunately, Trohad an emergency. He was here, we were all dialed in to record and he got called off so you're stuck with me one more time but

luckily we have someone to pick up the slack for pro here we have Rafi certoli

Raphael certoli but goes by Raffi. He lives in Portugal and he's with Nutrita and I've been

intrigued by I've seen some of his posts that have been unbelievably awesome.

He has a huge background in science, molecular biology and all these big words that I don't understand.

He's a PhD candidate in neuroscience.

And neuroscience, there's so many things

that we're seeing on the low-carb diet

that's affecting people.

And I would love to hear his expertise.

He's starting up a new app that I'm really excited about,

and we're all going to learn about that now.

Again, we always preface this by saying,
