sessions to do right now. Tony shares his trials and Liz gives us her Chicago marathon update. We rant, we rave, we winner of the week.

Tom what have you been doing?

Well I've been back in the park, the Leeds Park run on Saturday morning which was great.

I thought I better get my

weekend running early having scored a big fat zero last week and let the side down. I helped a friend

get around to a PB since it was great It was really good actually because I didn't feel like I was really up for smashing myself, but I did want a good workout. So I run with my friend Guy who runs about a minute slower than I do so I got a really good tempo run out of it,

really good training session and he got a shiny new PB so that was fantastic and then we just kind of

kick back for the rest of the weekend and had a friend over and we chilled out in the

dales and drove to burn still in the dales and had breakfast rather than cycle there.

Rather than cycle there. Yeah, nice.

So it was good.

In fact, we passed on my friends going out there.

We passed on my friends cycling back as we were driving out and it was pouring with rain.

Did you give them the little dry royal wave? I did and it's funny because I set of a text saying oh just saw you cycling back dig in son and I got one back saying

There must have been a bit of you that missed the cycling.

I thought, you know what?
