You know, oftentimes in the normal pace of life, Father John, sometimes we can get out of order.

And we sometimes press into like, I've heard someone call them like human doings.

And so sometimes we get so focused on doing that we simply forget to be.

And that's just to be able to let our minds rest, our bodies rest, to exercise, to eat
