Welcome everybody for the Calm Down podcast. We are so excited. We are, I would say, reunited, but we just spent the last two of three weeks together, which made me so happy.

I know. We have not been in our respective houses and our offices to do a podcast at full length in a minute. So we are back. We are back. We are so excited. Thank you guys

for holding out and having patience for us while we moved around. Hopefully you got to listen to

some of the episodes in Cannes, which is where we did the last podcast, which was so much fun to be

there. Thank you, Swart Beach, for having us and stag well. So that was fun. Really fun.

And then after that, we got to go on a trip together, which is what we were looking forward to.

I know. We have to go back for a second because fill everybody in on, you know, London, all that

stuff, because I haven't talked to you since I've been back. I got back

yesterday the day before yesterday. How's the jet lag? Fine, totally fine. You're okay? I'm actually

okay. Yeah. I don't know. For some reason, I can acclimate pretty well on that kind of stuff,

but you were gone for a long time and I haven't talked to you about coming home and seeing Mac for

the first time. So back up, remind everybody where you were before you and I met up in the French

Riviera. Yeah. So I was a wrinkled ACDC shirt. Oh, God, it's great. I was in the UK for three

weeks filming a game show for Fox. It's going to premiere in the fall,

which I'm super excited about. Also, I was thinking... Look like a hot teacher with your hair. I got broken hair. We went way too dark on the
