One of the experiences I trust every home brewer shares is the feeling of awe that comes from

witnessing the conversion of Wirt into beer through the fermentation process.

Even after 15 years, I still get giddy when I see the first signs of airlock activity, a nice fluffy croyson developing

on top of my beer.

The worst is when this takes too long.

spur of the moment idea that came to me while I was sitting around drinking with a couple of

my closest friends. Now what's funny is that to this day I still get emails

from listeners asking to send Beersen to have them reviewed by Jersey and Tim and it

just reminds me how a silly idea ended up becoming something more than I

expected. Well today we're going to be

sharing a handful of one minute beer reviews from years past just as we did on episode

297 back in August of 2023 as a response to that was surprisingly positive.

Now to those who are new to the show and maybe haven't listened to our back catalog just

yet, the next hour may very well feel a little bit unusual and if you feel like skipping over it no hard feelings at all.
