All right, everyone, welcome back to another episode of the Human Performance Outliers podcast.

0:14.1

I'm your host, Zach Bitter, and today I have a guest interview for you.

0:18.7

Today's guest is Brad Kearns.

0:20.8

Brad has been on the show a couple times in the past, and I've been on his podcast a few

0:25.6

times as well.

1:25.2

past. And I believe currently he's doing kind of a little

1:29.4

bit more of a mixed diet, which will be fun to see how he's matching that with his new efforts

1:34.9

and things like that. Because one of the interesting things I find with nutrition is, for one,

1:40.3

it's not a one-size-fits-all. And then on top of it, there is a lifestyle factor, too.
