| 1:22.0 | never even golfed. And so I did a follow up with a orthopedic surgeon who I have seen before for a different hand |
| 1:31.6 | issue and a different wrist issue. And so I go to see him and I'm really nervous. I'm like, |
| 1:38.1 | oh, God, what is he going to tell me that, you know, caused this? Because in my, you know, |
| 1:43.5 | world and how I felt, it came out of nowhere, |
| 1:46.3 | this pain. And it had felt like my funny bone was hit. And it was just like reverberating, |
| 1:51.9 | like throughout my arm for days and days. It was very, very, very painful. So he is, you know, |
| 1:58.6 | looking at my arm and a bunch of, you know, things doing like a full physical exam. |
| 2:03.5 | And then he's like, can you put your arms by your side? |
| 2:08.9 | And then he proceeds to show me how the where my elbow is to where my hands are is a degree that is larger than most people's. Like, it's like a 25%, |
| 2:23.1 | like 25% degree. And I guess most people's are kind of, you know, only 5, 8%, that kind of a thing. |
| 2:31.2 | So basically the way that my arms were built, it puts additional strain |
| 2:37.3 | on my elbow and sometimes my wrist joints, especially when I'm carrying groceries or, you know, |
| 2:46.4 | just doing regular exercise with my arms, you know, any sort of rowing motion, any sort of like, |
| 2:54.0 | you know, where I'm like lifting weights, all that kind of stuff. And especially how I sleep. |
