Hi, everyone. I hope you had an all right week. I'm still sending love to everyone in Los Angeles that is dealing with these fires and the aftermath that has just been so overwhelming.

Please, you know, do what you can to donate and check on friends and relatives. And, you know, we're all here for each other in this

wonderful Bravo community. This week, I recorded a bit early on Tuesday, January 14th, because

I am headed back down to visit my dad and stepmom in Florida. I'm going to take a couple of days to work

down there and then take a long weekend before getting back into a lot of crazy work stuff. I have

been working at my regular day job a lot more than I have in the past, just a very

grueling schedule. And I want to get my mind and body and everything right before coming back

with the new administration and all that will entail workwise. And yeah, it's just, it's a little

overwhelming. They're putting up barricades again. It's a little bit of like traumatic response,

seeing all of the barricades and remembering January 6th of 2021, which is probably the scariest moment in time that I have had while living in Washington, D.C., and I've been here for a very, very long time.

So excited to get away and recorded early.

So this week, my guest is Jose Ramirez.

He's been on the podcast before. I actually met him

through Ashley Darby. And we chat all things, Real Houseways of Potomac. We get into talking a

little bit of Salt Lakes and Beverly Hills, some Southern charm and Southern hospitality, only season one because I have not gotten

pretty far in that, but I hope during my time in Florida I can get through all of season two

and get caught up to where season three is and cover it a bit in the podcast. Because I recorded

early, I don't have any of like my latest takes on any

of the Real Housewife shows from New York, Beverly Hills, Salt Lake, no Southern Charm.

And so going to do probably an extra long episode next week to cover all of our thoughts on all of that.
