I welcome to this very podcast through the miracle of Riverside. None other than Annie McCarthy.

Rich, how are you? Good, Andy. Not much of a Super Bowl game, but at least the halftime show was great, right?

Oh, God. I didn't know until, because we kept the sound down.

That was my condition for having the television on.

The sound had to be down.

But I didn't realize that that was Lady Gaga.

Yeah.

Dancing with him while I was looking up.

But then he would have had the sound up, right, if you'd know.

Well, I, if you remember, I think we were doing the podcast when Lady Gaga was the halftime show.

And I remember when she was the week leading up to that, everybody expected, I guess this must have been during the first Trump term,

and everybody expected that she was going to do something horrific, like she's going to make

some anti-American diet drive or whatever. And I had never really seen her perform before. I knew

who she was, and I might have heard one or two things. I was knocked out by how good she was.

She's like unbelievably talented.

She's a great singer.
