So let us, for those who don't know much about you, tell us a little bit about who you are.

I know you had a pretty dramatic weight loss.

I know you practiced, I think, functional medicine.

I know you have a focus on hormones, and currently you're're employing you know some dietary strategy

in that so can you talk just a little quick five-minute summary about what's going on

yeah let me give you a little brief history in my past I um I ventured into medicine at Chapel Hill in North Carolina and got very discouraged with the,

what I would call the disease management system of health care.

And it led me on a journey that led to spending a few years in Southeast Asia and looking at some

some of the other models of how healthcare was practiced, which I got fascinated with.

So I began to look at, yeah, I guess what you would call more of an alternative approach to health care, but, let's see, are you guys there?
