Well, I'll tell you, if he, as a lot of people know, my husband, Dave White, had his first of two

hip replacement surgeries a few weeks ago. And so while he is usually the person who cooks around here

you know he's been kind of out of commission and our friends have been really lovely

about bringing food over or giving us you know gift cards for different delivery services or just

sending cool stuff in the mail and one of the things we got from the fine folks at

Goldbelly were the chef Jose Andres slow cooked Iberico pork ribs.

And I don't know what else I need to tell you,

except that they are Jose Andres slow cooked Iberico

pork ribs, and they arrived frozen, and know we toss them in the oven heated up the

sauce that came with it and it was heavenly so thank you to our I don't know how much these costs. I don't want to know but as a gift they were great and they were enjoyed
