with that, though, coming up on the show, I was able to actually sit down with Nick Bear up at his studio just north of Austin and dive a bit into his lifestyle.

Nick is interesting to me as he participates and documents such a wide range of physical challenges, including strength and endurance on the running side of

things, which I was obviously particularly interested in. He has challenged himself to do things

like break a sub five minute mile, which he did in, I think, four minutes and 53 seconds,

run a couple of sub 250 marathons over the years, and then also run both the Leadville and Rocky Raccoon 100 Mile events.
