1:14.4	It's a crazy time in anesthesia.
1:17.3	Compensation has since we last talked, it's reached a whole other level.
1:21.4	So tell us a little bit from your perspective, what's happening with compensation and the employment outlook in anesthesia?
1:27.7	Yeah. So at baseline, it's not possible for America to manufacture enough providers of anesthesia of all different types, MDDO, CRNA, and others.
1:41.6	And with the, you know, sort of the, the demographic bulge of the baby boom that is moving
1:48.8	more and more into procedure land.
1:52.9	It's just anybody who's listening to this podcast is never going to have to look too hard
1:57.9	to find someone who wants to hire them.
